Requip mages function slightly different from the usual caster or holder mages. This Magic allows users to store items in a pocket dimension so they can easily summon it at any time, even during battle, which gives them a high level of flexibility in combat. However, there is a limit to how much the pocket dimension can store. Requip can be used for simple or for combat-related purposes. Some users may just choose to use it to change their clothing. More skilled users are able to Requip different weapons in battle. And it is even possible to Requip armors in the midst of battle.
On this site, we have formed a method to incorporate requip magics easier and more fairly into the RP setting. As a starting E-rank requip user, you will have 2 possible requip items, whether it be 2 weapons, 2 armors, or 1 weapons and 1 armor. A requip item counts as a weapon if it is offensive, or a shield. Requip armor can be anything from a single gauntlet or helmet, to a whole armor set. Each can either have 1 active effect or 1 passive effect. Along with this, you may also give one of your items a stat boosting effect, either active or passive, that is relative to the rank of the item.
When a Requip mage ranks up, they can unlock up to 2 more requips. These new items, as said before, can either be a weapon or armor, each getting 1 passive or active, and one of which again getting a passive or active stat boost relative to the rank of the item.
A requip mage is not limited solely to magical items, however. If purchased at a store of some kind, a requip mage can use any normal weapon or armor with no magical properties in addition to the usual limit of requips that mage can have. For example, while the mage can have a magical armor set and a magical weapon out as their limit, they may also have a standard shield of the same rank our lower.
At any one time, the most a requip mage can have out, while under B rank, is two requips, whether it be two armor types or two weapons or a mix. At B rank, a requip mage can then bring out 3 requips up until S rank, where then 4 requips max may be brought out. A similar method is used for how often a requip mage can change their requips during combat. Up until B rank, weapons can only be changed while not in the middle of an attack, while armors can only be changed while standing still. When the mage reaches S rank, however, weapons may be switched mid attack, while armors can then also be changed during movement.
